Since 2008, Windy Saddle Café in Golden, CO has been offering a range of gluten free baked goods, from fresh baked pastries to the best gluten free sandwich breads and granola in the west. In 2012 they opened a gluten free bake shop, 5 Star Gluten Free. Their products can be bought online and in their store. Unfortunately 5 Star Gluten free is no longer in business, but the good news is you can still get their yummy bakery items at the Windy Saddle Cafe.
